The location is good, not much distance from Al Haram,Room rent was reasonable during the Eid UL Adha time, Eazy online booking without payment,

Kindly need to improve room cleaning services, there was not a single time cleaning/room service during the stay of 2 nights, The room and corridor lighting was not sufficient, there was a darkness feeling, The drinking water dispenser was available on floor - but without water/water bottle,

Its close to Masjid-e-Nabvi, 8 mints straight walk to gate 310.

Staff was not cooperative and very rude. I asked for late check-out and they agreed and next day, another member of staff and he refused and charge for full day for late check out.

There's no room service in this Hotel. 5days stay nothing even bed broken I complained no response

408 Room light not working, bathroom exhaust fan not working, check in time is 4pm but we received room at 5:20pm, shower side water drainage not working, used towels provided.

1st washer room exhaust has not worked at all and not clean enough, to smelly 2nd pillows hight is big which is not comfortable at all other all thing are good . Thank you!

Meal is not sold for all they sell food only to a particular nationality we were buying food outside with difficulty while others group of poeple are given the privilege to buy from M floor I recommend their Meal service to be equal for all customers thank you

The hotel is at prime location,however the staff at reception the young saudi boy and another man at reception( non fair complexion) are always in a mood of fight with guests. As if they have favoured upon you by providing the accomodations. Here in madinah the visitors should receive more respect and dignified reception as it represents prophet's city and there attitude represents Islamic perspective of receiving guests.
